Nisdom Industrial Co., Ltd. has been producing PCBs for several decades, mainly manufacturing double-sided and multilayer circuit boards. Most of its customers are internationally renowned enterprises and domestic listed/OTC companies, with sales concentrated in Taiwan, mainland China, Thailand, Japan, and other regions. The company’s previous new plant, an investment of NT$300 million, officially went into operation in April 2007; it was a building constructed on its own land and built specifically for PCB production. Another new five-story plant was also built, expanding capacity from the original 60,000 square feet per month to 250,000 square feet.

In 2014, after the company’s application of SPC had matured, and as its business expanded, it extended its deployment to the MiDFUN COM system, linking SPC OOS/OOC to subsequent nonconformance handling. This systematized and automated the company’s anomaly control, laying the foundation for expansion and customer confidence. Later, it also introduced PCB customers to MiDFUN Co., Ltd., helping MiDFUN’s SPC and QIR automated report dispatch system to be smoothly promoted to more PCB customers. In 2017, the company proposed digitalizing the COM dashboard, which also left a strong impression of its execution capability and its approach to on-site anomaly handling.

In 2018, building on the foundation of their earlier cooperation, the two sides deployed the advanced BKM & MSA systems, further collaborating on the R&D side to combine FMEA and CP with the existing SPC system, advancing from manufacturing forward to the R&D unit. The company’s general manager left a strong impression with his spirit and execution in system deployment, and we believe that, through the efforts of outstanding leaders and executive cadres, the company will continue to create an even more brilliant future.
