AzureWave Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2005. At the end of 2019, AzureWave deployed MiDFUN’s SPC PLUS system, using the MiDFUN MDC API to integrate with the company’s in-house MES system and ORACLE ERP, with the planning focus at the time being the connection with MES. The deployment at the Shanghai plant went smoothly, and the Hsinchu plant’s R&D team raised big-data requirements: a single file with hundreds of control items, each control item holding tens of thousands of records or more. At this particular station, the data volume reached hundreds of millions to tens of billions of records in a week.

Starting in 2020, building on the foundation of their earlier collaboration, both parties will use the SPC + COMPRO system to expand the deployment of exception handling, true-cause analysis, and OCAP + MES integration into real-time on-site exception handling and integration with the customer’s dashboard system, gradually extending the application scope to the various plants in mainland China. At the same time, for managers’ mobile queries on phones and tablets, related query interfaces have also been developed to enable one-click query and dashboard management features.
