ATP Electronics Taiwan Inc. was founded in 1991 in California, USA. It is a world-leading manufacturer of DRAM and flash memory storage products, dedicated to providing high-performance, high-endurance mobile storage products and solutions, as well as the highest-quality internal memory module products.

At present, ATP’s Nanzi plant began using the MiDFUN SPC system for quality control on site in 2018. In early 2019, it added SPI machine connectivity, bringing the inspection data from on-site machines to full automation and applying stratified analysis to the big-data content, so that abnormalities in machine status and quality status can be grasped automatically and in real time through an SMS notification system.
In mid-2019, the MiDFUN MSA system was introduced for whole-plant instrument management, enabling systematic management of the calibration management and five-property analysis of every instrument. For the 2020 plan ahead, ATP intends to evaluate the MiDFUN FMEA system and to plan the system integration of R&D, manufacturing processes, and whole-plant abnormalities as well as customer-complaint abnormalities, in the hope of enabling the subsequent KM database to be shared more effectively.

ATP’s products are widely used in embedded systems, industrial control, medical equipment, aerospace, automotive, cloud, server, and enterprise mobile solutions. In 2019, it was honored with CommonWealth Magazine’s [Fast 100] award as one of the 100 fastest-growing companies. Now, with the experience and accumulated expertise of automation built through the collaboration between MiDFUN Co., Ltd. and ATP, ATP need not worry about any shortfalls or integration issues in all of its subsequent systems.
