What manufacturers asked about
The Q&A centered on how new SPC concepts may affect existing procedures, control chart governance, capability analysis, and customer audit preparation. The practical concern was not only how to update formulas, but how to connect SPC decisions back to FMEA, Control Plan, OCAP, and operational workflows.
AIQ and OCAP as the operating layer
MiDFUN positioned AIQ smart quality analysis and SPC statistical process control as complementary systems. AIQ helps connect process parameters and quality outcomes, while OCAP keeps abnormality handling traceable after a signal is detected.
