Digital transformation and sustainable net zero are management reform topics that draw attention from industries worldwide. To help domestic metal manufacturing enterprises upgrade their industries and drive independent innovation, MiDFUN continues to collaborate with the Industrial Development Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Metal Industries Research and Development Centre, the Information Service Industry Association of R.O.C. and other organizations to keep running digital application sharing sessions at manufacturing digital transformation workshops. Through dual-axis transformation that combines digital transformation and zero-carbon transformation, enterprises can maintain their existing operational advantages, adopt new concepts of data governance, and learn step by step through a series of courses how to tailor a transformation blueprint for small and medium enterprises. By digitizing operation-related data and information through technology tools, and using digital system tools to achieve data integration, enterprises can optimize operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and ultimately aim for transformation of the business model. The workshops drive enterprises to implement digital transformation comprehensively, organize teams to push transformation forward, and shape a resilient transformation blueprint that matches the enterprise’s operations!!
